Verse 13

When planning for the worst,
plan for success too, for it may destroy you.
When stirring, stretching, Awakening,
fear not and hope not -
they are without substance.

As much as you See,
As much as you wake,
As high as you reach,
as high as you Ascend,
you can only remain balanced
with your two feet on the ground.

Hope of Ascension is as empty
as fear of the dark.
You have use for neither.
