An equation for good comms – a short video

A channel experiment – and the key equation to good communications.

All models are wrong, but some are useful. Whenever there’s need to communicate something (and you might say that all communications is change communications) I always think about the audiences first. I want to consider how they would like to be involved and how they might feel and act upon the message.

Here’s a channel experiment – is it worth 90 seconds of your time to listen to the audio-slideshow and review the equation for good communications?
